Spooky Nutter Butter Ghosts

My mom used to make these every year to give to friends and neighbors. They make a cute, festive gift - and taste amazing!

You'll need:

  • 32 Nutter Butter cookies (1 family pack)
  • 2 -12 oz bags of white candy melts
  • Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the candy melts on high in 30 second increments until smooth, stirring each interval.

Use a fork to dip the cookies into the candy melts, flipping and spreading the coating as needed.

Place coated cookies on wax paper to dry. Add mini chocolate chips for eyes while the coating is still soft.

Mix it up:

  • Candy melts not cooperating? Use the fork to drip extra on the cookies, and you've got mummies!
