Banana Bread Bundt Cake

You could make a loaf, but... that's boring. Try this for a presentation-friendly, crowd-pleasing banana bread. Make one of the bananas not-so-ripe for some bigger chunks of bananas in the final product.

You'll need:
  • 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 or 5 bananas, very ripe, mashed
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a bundt pan.

In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. In a large mixing bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together. Pour into the middle of the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula or large spoon until fully blended.

Pour into the prepared bundt pan and cook 50 minutes. Let cool completely before turning out of the pan onto a plate.
